RULES

Just gotta have a few rulesy-rules here, y'know. It's not too bad. They're pretty easy. Groups are pretty much giving members free reign over a little patch of RP to call their own. So long as they all stay active, it's fine. We ask that members try only to be a leader in one group at a time (excluding vigil squads) because of the amount of responsibility that comes along with it.

Nicknames/Abbreviation:
Colors/Logo: Optional.
Type of group: Interpret this as you will.
Leader(s): Links to the bios of all the leaders with the names.
Members: Links to the bios of all the members with the names.
General description of workings: This includes how it's run, rank ideas, and purpose. (For example: Totalitarian gang run by one leader, the Don, with one purpose: steal all the lunch money from everyone who walks into the West Side. (But... better...))
Hideout/Base of operations: Can be a currently existing location or one created by you. It can be somebody's bedroom or a dumpster or an entire park, just be sure you can handle controlling it ICly. If you want to make a new one, post an image at least 420 x 100 pixels and/or a brief description of the location so that it can be put up.
--- Do you want it password protected? Self-explanatory. If you create a new area and you want it to be secret or something, only have members of the group or people who find it for plot reasons or whatever, then you may request to have it password protected. Once the group is accepted and the area made, PM your password of choice to a staff member. Additionally, you are responsible for making sure that everyone in the group knows the password.
