HOUSING CLAIMS
Alright, so, everyone needs a place to live, right? Unless you're homeless. But... yeah. Here is the thread to claim that homey, where-your-heart-is place to eat-sleep-etc.
Brook Street Apartments are rented.
Tanner Luxury Living is optional, bought or rented (because they're so rich they just get that privilege)
Netherfield Hotel and Apartments, the hotel is not available for permanent residence, and about half the apartments are rented, the rest are condos to be bought.
(More info here.)
Garver Hall is all-female and is only for students, though a couple of professors may live there as well.
Underwood Hall is all-male and is only for students, though a couple of professors may live there as well.
Walker Hall is co-ed and is only for students, though a couple of professors may live there as well. In the co-ed double dorms, only females may room with females and males with males.
So, let's get to the claiming!BROOK STREET APARTMENTS
There are fifteen floors (the first is the lobby), so there are fourteen flours from which to choose your home. They can have up to three bedrooms. The way they work is through numbers: For example, 10 is the first unit on the first floor for living, 20 for the second floor, and so on, all the way up to 149. There are three buildings: the oldest is at 12 Brook Street (also called Building A), the middle 14 Brook Street (Building B), and the youngest 15 South Cross (Building C). 15 South Cross was built after the fire in the West Side that destroyed the tenements there. Animals are not allowed in Building C, 15 South Cross.
Building A, apt. 120; 1 bedroom - Gabriel Drake[/ul]
TANNER LUXURY LIVING
There are only forty-four units in Tanner Luxury Living, but that's just about enough. Some are more than one story, most have quite a few bedrooms, plus a large and elegant dining room. There are twelve floors, four units per floor. The first unit on floor one would be 1A, the second would be 1B, and so forth. The final unit is 11D. Its street address is 4 Hill Lane.

NETHERFIELD HOTEL AND APARTMENTS
The hotel isn't up for rent, actually, it's just the name of the complex. They are two near-identical buildings placed next to each other, both with very modern style. Very pretty. In the apartments, some of the units are actually condominiums. There are 25 floors for residency, and 6 units per floor, except for the penthouse, which has only 3. They are labelled 1A for the first on the first residency floor, 1B for the second, and so on. A-C units are apartments for rent, D-F are condos to be bought. In the penthouse, A is the only for-rent, and B and C are condos. THe street address is 162 Randall Avenue.
Apt. 4B, two bedrooms - Angela Katz (lives with daughter, Melanie)
Condo 5E, two bedrooms - Vida Serrell

GARVER HALL
Fairly self-explanatory. It is the female dorm on Meyer University's campus. There is a healthy mix of doubles and singles, spread across the floors. Some professors live in small apartment-like units in the hall as well.
None![/ul]
UNDERWOOD HALL
Fairly self-explanatory. It is the male dorm on Meyer University's campus. There is a healthy mix of doubles and singles, spread across the floors. Some professors live in small apartment-like units in the hall as well.
None![/ul]
WALKER HALL
Fairly self-explanatory. It is the co-ed dorm on Meyer University's campus. There is a healthy mix of doubles and singles, spread across the floors. Only females may room with females and males with males in the doubles. Some professors live in small apartment-like units in the hall as well.
